XEROX goal is to lay off 80% OF its American workforce by the end of 2015, and replace them offshore. The remaining 20% will manage the offshore people. Just how greedy are these people.

This is a constant here at X - I see people leave every other week, things will not improve, enjoy it while you can while the execs collect their millions
