I left Teradata a while back and you would not believe how happy I am now that I’m gone. If you were laid off, there are plenty of good opportunities out there and you will end up in a much happier place. Trust me. F**k them.

Seems every damn post is talking about another cut in Engineering. How is that possible. That is the last team that we should be cutting.

Honestly, the layoff surprised me because I thought that great performance still has some value and that it is at least a small guarantee that someone's job is more secure. What a mistake!

Looks like they used the shadow of Meta and Twitter layoffs and cleaned some re-evaluate experienced resources at TDC. Layoff is the fault of management not the employees, let that sink in. Can the LT take moral responsibility and quit.

Which teams are impacted in India?

I guess we don’t have any thing to sell, so no need to QA test. Lot is very senior resources (old timers with 20,30+ years experience) just disappeared today. No respect.

First of all, I hope that everyone who is impacted will find new jobs very quickly. How many people are affected? Who are the biggest target groups?

Laying off some of the best and most loyal people with no prior notice at all....... I hope that those who survive these cuts will remember this disrespect shown towards their laid off colleagues!
