The executives have no mercy, ATT sees you as head count and that's it.

On July 31, 2015 AT&T employees will be tapped on the back and layed off. Good people are being let go for unskilled workers to come in and make less money. AT&T does nor care about its employees. They allow and reward bi- polar area managers to run people out of the business.
AT&T: More layoffs, After working for AT&T for 28 years I was told 10 days ago I'm in a group of 75 that will have 8 people layoff by June 29th 2015. CEO Stephenson don't care about it's people.
2015 will be the same as 2014, sporadic layoffs, IT group is bloated and will cut again
