This is a great site to learn, share, and ask questions about how things are from coast to coast. As long as a post is not vulgar and does not personally demean an individual it should stand. Posts that question and intend to hold accountable the unions are legitimate and worthy of intelligent discussion that should not be removed.
@yle....I agree that posts should not be a fre campaign ad. The deleted OP or replies as I recall(unless some nastiness was deleted before I saw it) didn't specifically endorse a candidate with the exact point of "vote for this candidate" or "vote against this candidate". It merely gave opinions on why some things are the way they are and how things might be if someone else was in charge. Kind of like how talking about obstruction isn't actually obstruction, passing around ideas and opinions doesn't necessarily specifically endorse or denounce a candidate.
With this particular layoff, a lot of folks feel like the taxes cuts were abused by T. It wasn't a political post, rather the post was tying in our jobs to a political event. Respectfully discussing it doesn't seem delete worthy to me. Thanks!

The post you were talking about had political connotation (republicans vs. democrats), they don’t allow that here.
