I think the expired Midwest contract set a 10% limit on construction to prem tech bumping ?
@kea, at least you get to keep your pay level, but you're in for a rude awakening when you enter Prem Tech h#ll. Just like new hires and others who got transferred to Prem Techs, you have no idea how much you're going to be hating life in this position.

Lucky for us we cushioned ourselves with the prem tech position. I will not be taking SIPP I will be bumping someone and will keep my pay don’t care where in the Detroit area I end up still going to have my job!! Dues are really paying off now boys.
