You work for a company that have average 4 layoff cycles for the past 12 years, Some people think they are indispensable Most times, it is easy to deny truth when it hurts. Denial means trying to hold on to your own perceptions of reality, when in fact, you are avoiding truth like how any of us can be replaced today, with no impact to the business, those are in such denial of their problem that they don't seek medical help.
