Randall needs a serious pay cut

Randall Stephens needs to be the first one out the door. He and his team has cost the company enough money to pay workers to sit at home for a year at least

Randall and the John's need to be escorted by security out the front door. Then they need to be stripped of their golden parachutes and required to pay back the millions they have received over the years as compensation for the reckless financial damage done to this once great company.

Randall the ringmaster/farm manager knows how to play this as does Donovan. He’s able to get the bean counters to produce and if they don’t he has a nice 1984 way to spin it. Less is more. Confinement is freedom. The shareholder audience sees the dividend as the biggest asset as the Fed ponders rate cuts and money flows from ‘Naz tech’ to dividend stocks and bonds. late cycle, early in the downturn rotation. When all of your ‘tech’ products are saturated- as in every one in the US has them you become a huge fatty McGee cash cow. You’re not a unicorn that $hits skittles rather a cow that gets milked dry. You are forced to get smaller as the customer base begins to decline. Eventually the cash cow is slaughtered but that is a Slimfast diet and many gallons and quarterly dividends away.

To say 95% of shareholders support RS is like saying 95% of shareholders support getting a dividend check for next 3 quarters.

RS knows that these are the good times and when it’s a full fledged recession he’ll ‘retire’ golden paratrooper style on everyone’s a$$

I don't think we are going to settle this here. We can't lower his pay. Unless you own the company, I don't think you have much say in it. Lowering his pay isn't going to fix anything anyway. Even if he left, I would suspect the next person has the same or worse strategy. As they say, careful what you wish for.

Well, at the last shareholder's meeting, Randall got more than 95% of voting shares. As in, not close. Direct TV is priced into the stock, as is the obsolete landline telephony business. That's water spilled over the dam.

Where to go now? And Randall or who? 95% of the voting shareholders said, Randall should steer the wheel.
