Where does construction get bumped to?

I am tfs in Midwest, when construction techs get surplussed, do they bump out prem techs? Or tfs who then bump out prem techs?

Title is pooled lowest CSS is out. They can opt to bump prem or any of the other options.

Highest seniority surplussed tech will bump lowest seniority tech with same title, ie CSS,

In the faa. It doesn’t matter what job they have, tfs or c-splicer. The only difference will be if they call it a force adjustment then it could be different. But of course we all know the company will and can do whatever they want to get the results they want.

this is midwest so construction and i-r get pooled together in one seniority list so yes splicer can bump into repair..but there is no double bumping .

You can only bump a premise tech if you have a cst title . Cable splicer can only bump a cable splicer per the contract .
