When do we here about the results of the NPS survey? It’s been awhile

Ours was good but it all depends on your particular team and business channel. I have no idea what it was company wide.
In my team, my boss said that the survey hit record low. Not sure if he meant low a lot of detractors or low not enough people answered the survey. Funny how att calls people with disagreeing ideas with them "detractors"
Don’t expect to hear much on it as I’m sure the results are the worst on record. Kind of like the last couple years.
The beatings will stop when the morale improves is the leadership mantra these days. Maybe not for every group, but for the one I’m in, I’ve never seen it so bad and that’s saying something as the past few years have been very bad.

Your comment is funny, but I do think the NPS person did get surplused, as well as the SEA Award person and the Aspire Mentoring. Not fair. They should surplus the person who changed the AT&T Insider site and hid Webphone.

It takes time. First they have to find out who the detractors are and they always do...next time to scrub the results before release.
