Hate to break it to you, but they'll do the layoffs offering as little as possible to those affected. As in...layoffs by seniority, per the contract, no extras, see ya later, buh bye.
SW we have not heard anything about 2+2 or 1+1. Basically VSP with nothing extra.

With VSP why sweeten the pot? They are looking to save money not spend extra. Don’t get me wrong I’d love to see them make an extra offer but why?
Kudos to IBEW 21 they successfully bargained to move more of the contracted satellite work from contractors to in house....Kudos to ATT announcing 3rd quarter release of the Osprey Set Top Box which will eliminate the need for satillite dishes...... Really IBEW??? Fooled again!!
