OP, the numbers look good and are in line with what got announced in Texas

I heard 800 people from a union source but I'm not sure if that is across the country or just in Michigan (where I am). I am trying to get more information as to locations and those affected. The term "bloodbath" was used; which is weird because someone also posted that term on this board. I was also told that it will be "high hourly earners". So that makes me think Midwest (the states listed are probably accurate). People in the south that do the exact same job with the same number of years with ATT make about 25-30% less than those that are in the Midwest. As far as technicians, I believe ATT is going to contract at very high percentages; it is much less expensive than full time employees with benefits and a retirement.
