Is this possible. Can an ISM fire you for like an instagram account? We can’t get any answers from HR on this one.

This is correct! I got fired for posting a funny picture some months ago. You won't find the page because At&t ordered the owner to bring it down...my journey as an IHX only lasted around 6 months by the way and it was a lame job.

Yes you can be fired for that if they really wanted to. It violates the social media policy if you are identifiable on social media participating in anything negative regarding the company. Stay anonymous! Don’t unnecessarily piss off your boss in general in a non bargained position! While it isn’t effortless to fire you, it isn’t that hard if your boss is half-way competent.

Now here’s a guy ^ that is squirming because his conduct, while under the false pretenses of his AT&T safety blanket ,melt into the meaningless used car salesman truth that they really are when paraded out for public spectacle.
I’d love to see Jocko Willink and the team at Echelon Front come in and evaluate you turds. Then you could look a Navy Seal task force commander who has lead teams into some of the most dire circumstances in all modern warfare in the eye and tell him about how your so knowledgeable about leadership because you threaten people who don’t lie about cell phones. You could look a leader in the eye, who had the pressure of a mistake sparking an international conflict on his shoulders and cry about you team not slamming hard enough. You could tell him that and then get ripped to absolute shreds. Or you could read his book and began a journey to actual leadership skills. But you won’t. That requires effort, honor and integrity, something withered and dead at T.
If someone states an event and you don’t like how your role in it sounds, you aren’t really mad at them, the truth written on your heart is shaking its head at YOU. And it hurts. Let the hurt go.

If you want followers, get some actual good content instead of reposting the same lame content nearly everyday.
IHX - In Home Expert - non-union so yes, you could be fired for negative statements on social media. ATT has required courses specifically for this issue (it's included in either the annual COBC or a different course - I can't recall the exact name but may be called Social Media Awareness).
Personally, I don't list ATT as my employer on any of my social media accounts. And I never say anything negative on an account that has connections to my name (all my posts are anonymous here).
Be careful who your 'friends' are on any social media site and never say anything negative.
If you're union, ask the union. If you're not, then your employment is "at will", that being, AT&T's will.
Is there a way to block your ISM from seeing what you do on a social media platform? I have blocked every AT&T manager from my LinkedIn account.
Lol, I did know what Instagram is although I’ve never used it. Is IHX an in home expert? I’ve seen that job posted before but had no idea what it was. It sounds something like door to door sales.
Instagram is a social media platform. Like Facebook. InhomeHumor is an account on Instagram that posts pictures making fun of IHX, their leadership and how horrible they are treated.
An ism is the sales manager for people in Ihx.
What is inhomehumor? Also, what is instagram and who/what is an ISM?
