Bad idea, most dtv customers have a broadband connection supplied by ATT. Just keep the customer and sunset the equipment and convert them to an OTT service, 3/4 of the cost is getting into the home.

The first thing Dish needs to do after buying DirecTV is to get rid of DTV management. Those are the bad apples who ruined everything we built since 1997 ! Just kick them all out and everything will be better by itself....That's how bad it is !

They basically are "milking" the company to fatten their pocket and careless about the company future and its employees who built the business. Believe me, I have been with this bad guys since they started in 2005-2006, so I know exactly what they have been up to.

False rumors. There are too many customers who send money every month. They will just convert what they can to streaming product, and let the farm boys die on the vine.

Buy high...sell low.

It’s a strategy Randy and crew are mastering and since it’s truly a clown world wall st

Will like it. Sounds hard to believe but you can imagine the ‘tax benefits ‘ and debt reduction along with all those severance packages that they won’t need to pay. Truly awesomeness, and it’s a win for legacy Dtv employees as they won’t need to collaborate

However the annual Revolution dealer event will be on a farm in Iowa instead of Vegas or Miami.

Keep it, Streaming services s---, especialy on DSL. It also takes too long to move between shows. No service beats having a remote that will channel search in seconds.

THE PROBLEM: who would want it? Satellite TV is yesterdays' business... The buggy whip of the digital age. No future. AT&T screwed up big time buying it.

Or sell it to someone else, or do a spin off.
