Seems as if they have all gone into hiding lately. They don't understand the marketplace, are too slow, overpay for assets, and can't even take the temperature of the room they are in. They have further isolated themselves from the employee base and have created a we vs. them instead of we are all in this together atmosphere. For Leadership it's not the financially disastrous strategic moves we have made but it's the employee base as to why we are where we are.

I couldn't agree more. And they seem oblivious to the problem which is an even bigger issue. I've talked to managers who basically say "I don't see any problems."
