Turfs that send techs on loan, and good first line managers that are respected by their crews are toast. Tech friendly managers need not apply. Your useless 2nd line has no place for you. Even though in the end he’ll gone too but can’t see it yet. They’ll just keep blaming others for their short comings and supreme incompetence until their turn on chopped arrives.

The company wants a ratio of 20-25 techs per LV1, that should give you an idea of how many and how hard your site will get hit on the tech Level. Garage consolidation and lv1 being reassigned to different garages are also in the works to meet the lv1 to tech ratio.

How many? One Supe says could be 1100, other says 400 to 500.

Sounds like way too many but I've seen Telcos chop 23K in one national round.

As for the where part - both L1s says whole state - heaviest in SoCal and the Central Valley.
