i really wish people above my position would read these posts...my DM probably doesn't cause he's got his head too far up the regional's bumhole!!! they think the answer to all our prayers and to get people to buy is quote tool, this is the flavor of the week and its rammed down my throat in turn i have to ram it down my reps throats.
there is nothing that anyone can do to motivate us, no contest, your not even throwing a decent amount of RY out to there for reps to even care.
again, "you" (upper management) take away the most important ingredient, the customer...you put all these online things in place to make our stores fail but yet still expect the same results from 2-3 years ago., oh and now the set up at home just became dummy proof..
hey DM, yes you!! i know your somewhat new to our district but do you even see the YOY numbers??...THEY ARE DOWN EVERYWHERE!!! our district was once a thriving district and now...its tumbleweeds, stores are dead for hours and your answer to that is to cold call!!! fricken cold calls!!!
