Most of Wireline IT leadership VES/VPS/VBM came from Wireless IT when Ajay moved from Wireless to VES CIO. Ajay brought all his Wireless IT cronies with him and the rest is history.

First of all the biggest mistake is giving wireline leaders wireless work...that's a huge mess....
Opinions are good
So what do you like? The outsourcing, how well it was handled ? The way people were selected to move to infosys? The lack of diversity at senior leadership? The never ending power points ?
What is it you embrace ?
1xhi, no, I always comment on topics I know nothing about. 😂 I work in IT and have worked on both sides long enough to have an educated opinion. I’m sure we will agree to disagree; it’s my opinion based on my experience over several years. I’m sure others, including you, see it differently.
It employees voted and provided the feedback. Our IT employees feedback does not matter ???
I think the Infoweek Top 10 is meaningless along with the CIO Magazine awards. It’s 2019, not 1990. These things do not matter. I don’t think anyone pays attention to that.
Wireless are a bunch of whining crybabies who want to take 12 months for what can be done in 6 so they can take their 2 hour lunches and go home at 5 every day. So many pompous. a--*s at every level. Now that they actually have competition they can’t handle the pressure. Trust me, Wireline isn’t the problem.
Wireline made everything go backwards. It seems like things started going downhill the day after the merger.
Seems like forever ago sadly. We kept moving up then wireline IT leaders took over we went backwards every year since. Do we even enter now?
