Does anybody know if club pickup will continue to be under front end or will they go back to be under membership lead?

Everyone needs to read the “member assist” job description...it says “full order” very specific....
How does that mean they won’t be pulling orders?
So when orders don't get filled and they are falling behind I really don't want to be made to fill orders! I know that's what's going happen.
I know alot of our cart guys call in and im sure in most clubs they do so get ready and summer time is approaching fast and now you know why they split this up and the actual people pulling orders fall under merchandisers
So if they get rid of ML (who leads a army of one) will the coordinatior go to front end or go away with them as well?
I agree. I'm not saying I'm too good to do carts but that I haven't worked for over 20 years to do one of the worst jobs in the club. It's way harder to lift into a car truck than to lift down onto a flatbed. Not to mention having to work in the extreme heat and cold. As of yet we dont even know how the block scheduling will actually work or what our job responsibilities will really be. Just have to what and see then make a decision about looking for another job
How many carts is an associate required to bring in? For real I’ll be bringing in two at a time and walking incredibly slow...I haven’t worked he 17 years to work outside in carts. For those that choose carts I’m happy for you and know your jobs s---s...for those that are coming from club pickup well, take your sweet time

Nowhere in the job description does it say you will be a cart attendant they are making up stuff to fit what they want I wander if it’s all on the wire if anything so what happens if greeters don’t sign the sheets ? Or change their availability will they be automatically layed off thought they were supposed to accommodate greeters what a bunch of lies
Why would membership tl not get offered a severance?
CPU is going to be split between two blocks. The pickers will be under general merchandise and the ringers will be under member service.
There’s a lot more to the job description then pushing carts...ALOT. You people just see the worst part.
Where in membership team lead going? Where did you get your information?
Membership lead is going away within the next 2 months no severance
Club pick up associates will soon be Member Assist associates who dispense orders and help push carts.. so that will fall under front end. The actual picking of merchandise will be done by the merchandising associates
