Problem is it’s not all going away on a specific date. Going to be interesting to see how the different groups adapt to this reality. Do you replace a 25 pair aerial tear down like for like or place a couple of some multi pair aerial drop if there are only 3 customers working in that sheath? The first saves time and money, the 2nd renders the records obsolete.

It's all about having people where they are needed. Why keep people when those parts of the business are going away. Also, it's also about cutting expense. Do more with less. These are simple things that were driven into current leadership, by the past leadership.

The claim of the employees with benefits cost over 100k. 2.3 Billion and that is not even including the cost for vehicle, repairs, fuel, insirance, leases on devices, etc..

The tax break is no different than yours.

Well minus theirs is forever and yours ends in about 6 years. They had 20 billion the first year, no they have that every year and things are budgeted differently.

They basically bought Time Warner and using those breaks to pay it off in 4-5 years.

Technology advanced and Air gig and 5G will wipe out more.

Honestly Att stock is cheap right now if this all goes through
