Anybody else notice how bad POS is now they we have no IT. Most of my transactions are twice as long as they should be thanks to the damn system. It great that our whole job revolves around these damn tablets that work half the time and nobody seems to care ,won't scan, can't print, times out, freezes up, takes 5 mins to go from screen to screen....total joke!!! Thanks for supporting the front lines Verizon!!

POS IT group still has a large number of employees, but they are all Indian cronies with no skills or ability. Management tried to Infosys the people that actually did work
Once upon a time, 10 years ago, retail used to get a lot of money and attention. Now it is just a relic who days are numbered.
Mobile POS has been around long enough by now it should work right. But the people who lead retail don't k now what happens in stores, and don't fight for them.
They forgot that it is Point Of Sale and went for the other acronym :)
