For two decades WF has been talking about disaster recovery planning between core WF managed data centers and after outages this year it was not working as planned.

Who needs to be fired? Well the CTO Dillon was fired , but also the IT Leader who manages the data centers and Infrastructure. The Head of Technology Risk who ignored the memos and reports should be fired for this and many other oversights. The Head of BCP, The Head of Online Banking Technology and Digital Technology ( who has been there for several months and since had several outages) and last bit not least the business executive who heads that area who chose not to test their recovery plans. .... How's that for starters?

That makes sense. The test results were probably fake just like most of the customer accounts.
It must be that during a full disaster recovery test the results were made up to show it was successful when it wasn't the police and regulators must get involved.
