We all need to keep working despite any uncertainty

We need all the help we can get, support is buried at the moment. For real AT we really all need to keep working despite any uncertainty.

Keep going...do what you do to the best of your ability. Don’t worry about the trivial stuff you have no control over. I promise you, people are trying to sell, people are trying to build, and the vast majority are trying to do what needs to be done to make it so we don’t have to lose more people.

Everyone is running thin, everyone wants to succeed, and everyone needs to push hard. We work here and have way more control over our destiny than this site gives us credit for.

I will do my best tomorrow and every day after. We all should commit to do the same. Be proud of what you do because you really are part of something amazing! I go to bed every night knowing I work with the cream of the crop and we will rise to the top.

I hope someone needed to hear that from a coworker because I am proud to work here and I know we will overcome these challenges. Together we stand, divided we fall.

You sound like a dedicated employee. Honestly take your hard work ethic and move to a company that appreciates you! My husband was very similar and put in blood sweat and tears there and was surplused in January. Never a grievance or a write up . Get out and go somewhere that will value you . They can care less about hard work. If the director does not consider u a “buddy” ur out.

Hard to work when you cant even hear yourself think inside this noisy buildings full of people talking all the time. Unti i can find a place where i can concentrate, which usually at home or somewhere else away from people, then i can only offer lil to none. Im here for the paycheck.
