I would like to hear the thoughts and feelings of other people;le that were in this situation, givet that I was denied the buyout even though I pushed the button. Right now, from this distance, i can say that I feel like a broke person who came close to winning the jackpot but was shoved back to poverty.

Just like an innocent person in jail waiting for a pardon that never came.
VERIZON family & caring is gone
Too much hate & bullies from GM & DM
I was harassed by my DM pushed away & bullied all the time to get me out without a package
@2dfx spot on.
I can definitely say I’m over it from a financial standpoint, but I haven’t had the same loyalty to Verizon since 12/10. I was able to take a new position with less responsibilities, and that’s helped with the day to day, but I’m still putting in as much effort as I can to shift my career in a new direction and looking leave as soon as possible
I know of only one person (and I haven't ever spoken to them about it) who requested the VSP and were denied. And they were promoted from manager to director, so I think they are happy about how things worked out.
'roids are acting up again. Anyone that has butt-hurt over not being accepted for the recent offer and feels the need to come here and express that butt-hurt, well, you are a perfect employee for Verizon and that is obviously why they kept you.
If you must b--ch about your situation in life then you have two choices; get in or get out.
Right now my feet hurt, and my left ear has an earache.
Why do you ask?
S--- it up Francis
I mean it wasn’t that much in the grand scheme of things. I am discouraged that I didn’t get it and I have a hard time not showing it.
Ok the other hand I’m somewhat glad since it may take me a while to find a reasonable job based on my searching ever since my VSP was decided.
