They made a pretty good profit when they sold their stake in Hulu last month.
I really liked my Avocado Green Princess wall phone I had when I lived in Canoga Park in 1982. It even lit up the touch key pad when I went off-hook. Twelve foot cord so I could rap with you from the couch! Totally Rad!

Agree with uverse. It was a great consumer product, one that i was really happy to promote, as well as a huge back end upgrade. How did we go from that product, to utterly destroying what was an ok product (DirecTV), and wind up with nothing?

As a legacy Cingular employee that really enjoyed working here during that period of time, that made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. Cingular was of course the wireless joint venture between SBC and Bell South. A few years later SBC (after acquiring Bell South outright), also acquired the dying phone company known as AT&T, and shortly thereafter phone company executives started trying to turn a Mobility company into the phone company. And that is all she wrote.

Uverse. Although we don’t push TV much these days, we are still using VRADS to push high speed internet. Without them we wouldn’t have much to offer in terms of internet speed .
