District 4 , vote no and wait 3 weeks for district 3 to be out of contract. You’ll have a lot more leverage with D3 out of contract. They cover much more area and employees

All members who don’t show to vote are automatically counted as a yes vote
It still won't matter.
For as long as I've been here the field always votes no on the contract, yet somehow it always magically passes. Some say it's inside workers voting yes, but I think it's the "needs of the union" overriding the popular vote.

If the contract passed, the cwa elections are not to far behind, vote those in power out.
Bottom line they don’t need half of us. Line will be contracted out. The union knows that. They are in salvage mode.
Ask your District / National leadership about the District Office Bi-Laws. It doesn't matter if you vote no or not. Cwa will make an executive decision regardless of the votes. Same goes for all other Districts. It will be signed and you will have to live with whatever the District officials decide based on negotiations. That's how it's been for years. That should answer your question as to “ why do these contracts keep passing over and over when everyone votes no” ding, ding.
