Construction surplus bumps I&R, what happens to the bumped I&R? Can they endlessly bump out Prem techs? Is there a certain percentage of core/prem ratio?

I&r can only bump %10 of prems.
Also a surplused i&rtech can not bump anyone if they have had a suspension or attendance issues in the last year.

Why don’t folks save some junior persons job to be a good person and accept their surplus?
Like the retirement qualified folks are expected to-according to many here.

I think that’s exactly right. Construction will bump low seniority i&r then i&r will bump prem. There was a maximum amount of c&e techs that could bump into prem but there is no max amount for i&r to bump into prem.
