Not acceptable, Effect "Telcel club" damaged the competition of the cellular market: AT&T

The SCJN postponed a discussion to determine if it is the Congress that has the attribution to apply an asymmetric regulation in the matter of prohibition of tariffs or conditions differences in the services that originate and end in the Telcel network.

AT & T made a call to evaluate the risks that could derive from an endorsement of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in refence to untitrust laws against conglomerate Telcel.

Yup, my thoughts exactly probably an AT&T upper management tyrant.. too funny ...who do you think trained the offshore employees?????? The US, you wouldn’t be able to perform your job duties without the US employees training you GOSH!!! I have worked with a bunch of offshore folks via q and when most of them q you there famous words are Can you help me I need your help. I have no issues with offshore employees, but to stretch the truth about US employees is a flat out LIE.

I would ted to disagree. I am offshore and compared to US based folks my team was able to provide much better and faster service on tier3 troubleshooting. I have seen teams where with half the size of the team they were able to finish double the amount of work compared to US folks. So yes, we're cheaper here at offshore, but sometimes we can provide better quality of work compared to US folks.

It really doesn’t matter, cheaper labor is AT&T’s mindset. None of the offshore do good at first, they will get up to speed sooner or later. Facts
