Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

There are no shareholder lawsuits, just lawyers trying to garner some customers who think they lost a ton of money. If there was a shareholder worry, the institutional investors would be all over it. I usually se 3-4 promoted stories about class action against AT&T for shareholders losing money. And the 1.99 deal won't get much traction, except in litigious California.

I would like to know why when you change your service whenever your contract is up 50 days in advance and then your contract is up you still charged for the service you were getting with your contract but at full price.

I guess randy learned that in accounting 101 keep billing customers for services they are no longer receiving. they should get sued for that kind of c-ap too.

I wish someone would just back the Californians in a corner. Someone there will sue because they stubbed their toe on an object they bought in their house. AT&T has budget for this. Just a cost of doing business. Barley a blip on the radar, What's a few hundred thousand on a few hundred billion.
