Look guys CWA straight up did a bad job representing PTs at the table. They won’t listen to you and you are being told prems are temporary and you will never be at core and your not worth the fight.
Opting out will send a good message, but if you survive the next couple of years you can bet your sweet asses you will be cut out of my he deal.
