Opting out in D4

Does anyone know if there are any rules in Michigan for opting out of CWA? I’m hearing a couple different things.

I hear there is no job security language for prem techs in this TA and very little wage increase for prems. OT rules and pay for prems wasn’t even ever a discussion.

If this passes I want out! Prems are all done for anyway, one last sacrifice to get core taken care of.

Doesn't matter if you are in or out the contract still applies to all. You just won't get any representation when you screw up and company calls you on it.

Dont opt out. Better yet vote the contract down. And when re-elections come up for your local vote those in place out. PREMS are the majority, if they organize, prems have the voting power to get anyone out of office as well as voting down the contract..
