A tentative agreement was reached at AT&T Midwest and AT&T Midwest COS.

If D4 members are smart , they will reject this agreement and hold out for a better one when D3 is out of contract. This is so typical and a repeat of 2015. att of course is trying to avoid having to negotiate with D3 and D4 at same time as they would have to make bigger concessions. So they make the real offer they always planned to make and id--t CWA leadership quickly agrees. D4 members wake up and don’t fall for this contract again. You can get better !

Actually it does mean there is an agreement, thos is exactly what happened with the IBEW email that went out on Monday.
The best interest for every employee is to be unified. This company I believe truly fears a nation wide strike or two separate districts working in unison for the betterment of the people. Time to wait and see how the union screws over their members this time around. Should be a good knee slapper.
That pic doesn’t mean anything. At&t prepares letters for every contingency in advance. When an agreement is reached, D4 members will be notified. That hasn’t happened yet.
