Has anybody had to deal with something like this?

Buy a new red stapler and start enjoying life with your generous pension, benefits and embarrassingly large 401k.
Hard to be walked out when you are in jail. Forget your stuff and move on, McDonalds is always hiring
Couldn’t you just ask a former coworker to get it for you? I can’t imagine working somewhere and not knowing anyone who could just get your stuff
Well, I say ♫ reach out and touch someone, reach out and just say hi ♫. You worked for a phone company - make a phone call to whomever you think is responsible for mailing stuff to you.
Why do you have personal belongings at work?
Not to sound like a jerk... but would you have company belongings at home?
It’s a job... expect nothing more.
That is why we have the open office concept now, so there should be no c-ap to pick up when your number is up.
Sounds like you were walked out for cause. Even then they give you a box to take your personal items.
Sort of a strange situation.
Totally agree! The only thing that's hanging up in my cubicle is my calendar. I don't understand why people have pictures of family members and other personal belongings at their desk.
were you walked out? why wouldn't you have removed your stuff leading up to your last day or on your last day? hmmm
Don’t have a lot of c-ap at the office. Some people have their desk decorated like it’s their second home. Full of junk. You should be prepared to walk out at any time carrying the bag you brought in that day.
