Last week many groups in the MW changed from ATO TFS org to IEFS org in webphone. What all groups do you guys know changed? Can you say what state and title? Any idea why and what it means for future jobs or surplus? This happened in OH and was TFS titles to IEFS org.

Friday big changes in management are coming in the west coast!
They do this name change re-org all the time. My dept has been through several organization moves. At the end of the day, if you are a tech , it doesn’t change your daily job. I wouldn’t stress it.

Walsh is retiring July 1, everyone under him is going to ne under Hubbard, we will ne one organization, but still separate titles
In relation to recent C&E surplus announcement. I don’t know if you can bump another organization. This may or may not change who can do what currently and in the future.
Ohio changed the same as Wisconsin. TFS I&M and CO are now IEFS.
To my understanding the organizations still operate independently but now are under the same umbrella to eliminate duplicate positions in upper management.
WISCONSIN TFS I&M AND CENTRAL OFFICE CHANGED TO IEFS. TFS-BUSINESS SRVCS DID NOT CHANGE IN WEB PHONE, STILL TFS-BUSINESS SRVCS.
