Easy to do when there are so many vague extra charges tacked on to the bill.

They hide it by putting it on the bill? A $2 fee from a phone company. I'm shocked.
It's the revenue source to pay off politicians. Ask Michael Cohen about his $600K payment from AT&T.
Randall talks a lot about "doing the right thing", COBC, his very high ethical standards, etc etc.
But when easy money is involved, somehow it's a case of Lost In Translation
