Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

When is the next retail surplus going to happen?

Has anyone heard of any layoffs coming to COR retail for the remainder of the year?

It has been discussed on here many times. COR stores will be thinned out and authorized resellers will be replacing them. Ten bucks an hour, no union, no benefits. Many of you are training your replacements now. Sorry but this is not a secret.

I’m assuming that in cities they will try to move reps to the locations that stay open, in more rural areas I would assume you could move to AR if they have openings. I wonder what will happen to ASMs and RSMs. Just strait surplus or will they open up RAE positions like there used to be?

There’s some guy on LinkedIn throwing a fit because his corporate store was closed and he was surpluses....somewhere on the east coast. Not sure it’s a one off or something bigger.
