Ha..most techs have no clue how to do this job now. And the rest just refuse to do any real work. The day of the phone man is long gone. Do any of you even know what sweating led is?
Hopefully massive layoffs of inept managers. The few good ones will probably be first to go though and the worst will get promoted smh
June 28th is the day of notification calls
I hope they can my boss. He does not show up, always late to meetings, does not sign off on our timesheets which screws up our pay, is lost on anything involving knowledge of our job, and a world class tool.

I say get rid of all first levels. 90% don’t have a clue how to do our job. They are just glorified secretary’s. They can micromanage without them.
I assume the construction management surplus will not be announced until July. Techs have off payroll of 90 days. Managers will have off payroll of 60 days, like the Q1 planning/engineering surplus. Thus they will wait till ~ July 13th so they have the same off payroll dates...
