In a competitive capitalism your reputation is everything. But in today's marketplace where in many locations AT&T is a monopoly or part of a duopoly at best, Randy doesn't care what AT&T's reputation is. Customers have few alternatives to the Death Star. If a customer doesn't like how the Death Star treats it's customers or employees, Randy doesn't care. He's too busy laughing all the way to the bank.
This company really needs to be broken up. The smaller the better.
