Anyone have success on ignite day or should I consider my job safe at COR?

@3iip- your COR Sister Store didn’t show up? Good for them! Sell yourself, train your own team. Will you be paying my bills when we are all laid off? Didn’t think so. We shouldn’t have to go to your stores to train or sell for you guys, no personal offense, but why should I teach you to take my job? F Ignite.
I'm an AR. Our "COR sister store" didn't even show up.
We are being told to shift sales and give sales to AR on the days managers from our store are at AR. They want us to give TV sales when they do this ignite thing. So do we get paid when we do this ?
I had a rep call out on 6/17 and was excused from Ignite because the other reps would all have OT and VPGM would have a hissy fit.
IGNITE is helping us COR managers right out of a job. We’re training AR to sell, and to eventually take our stores and jobs. Writings been on the wall for a long time. I absolutely hate IGNITE- I mean, WTH do the ARSMIs do? They should train these people, not us. There’s always a method behind the madness, IGNITE is no exception, anyone that says otherwise is in lala land.
