Last week we saw a notification that the building located at 6500 West Loop South, Bellaire, TX has been targeted by Corporate Real Estate for sale.

I am unsure about the timeline as to how fast this will happen, but anyone who works within that location will likely get moved ( if they're lucky ) to another building.

6500 WLS . We were advised in a CRE email; bldg sale to complete 2019 end, leaseback with one year to vacate. Whereto presently unknown.
HQ in Dallas was sold to a NY company about 6yrs ago. Sale of a building doesn’t mean people are moving, just means that T prefers to Lease than to own.
