JVB is Jumbo Volume Business under Patel. They run Digital Call Centers and web chats. If you are thinking that Google has an automated Assistant that can read from a troubleshooting script you are right. The job has been mechanized and only half the people are needed.

I’m sorry for your loss! Your 40 to 50% loss is another block of employees who can promote products and services offered by T-Mobile and Metro PCS by T-Mobile. In December 2011 when at&t lost a bid for a merger with T-Mobile, it was a turning point in the industry.
YOU are a companies GREATEST Asset! Don’t worry! at&t will get what they pay for in the end.
Go into a T-Mobile store and see for yourself firsthand, if a customer is having a problem with technical issues or billing, how they are treated. When I called at&t with an issue, all that I ever ended up with was a headache and an unresolved issue.
