Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Could T have handled Hulu sale better?

Interesting read...given our debt crunch, perhaps this approach wasn’t right for us?

Randall loves to overpay for acquisitions and then sell them off at discount prices. What a financial genius!

Learn to read dummy....”Interesting read...given our debt crunch, perhaps this approach wasn’t right for us?”

Must be hard for you to be soooo smart lol. No leverage? Pay me my money or I don’t sell..don’t like your offer, ill just hold my minority stake while you invest millions into Hulu and make it worth more.

@Z5vSTxX-dgh: 2x....in five years. Did you read the article? AT&T need to pay down the debt pronto. A couple of more items that the author failed to emphasize 1) T did not hold a voting position/share (minority) and held little incentive to hold the 10% the held (low earnings). 2) Comcast must continue to make their content available to HULU over the next five years. T does not. Any content that was available to HULU from Warner Media walls.

My Randall stock is as down as the next employee’s, but please read, do your research and do not contribute to id--t posts on this board.

Simple. The execs are desperate for money to pay down the huge debt. Could have gotten 2x what they got based on the Comcast - Disney deal.
