Mexico's consumer watchdog, Profeco, won a class-action lawsuit against the local unit of U.S. telecommunications giant AT&T Inc for undue charges and poor service.

Does make you wonder if the Mexican (and/or other countries) consumer watchdog groups will keep T in check? Seems they have more power (willpower?) than those in the United States have.
