AT&T gets rid of so many people, they even have a self rating in amplify for outsourcing.
Go look it up for those still employed and give yourself a rating.

I think the point is that this competency lists the qualifications that makes a person good at getting rid of other jobs. It's listed right along with skills that makes someone a good employee to keep.
