Just got realigned into a new district, and the changes keep coming, each worse than the last.
Our schedules were changed to reduce OT, so work-life balance is absolutely out of the window, even for those of us used to retail hours.
Mid-sale touches are now mandatory, even though they’re useless wastes of breath with virtually no improvements on the outcomes of a sale. Completely demoralizing.
Quota and sales bucket last month was horrendous. Reps in my store hit a 1.6 and made less than $1500. Why aren’t we getting paid to retain TMP? It baffles me that sales bucket seems to steadily increase while the means to fill it become slimmer and slimmer. What happens when TMPMD is completely saturated? ARD is now at $120, give me a break.
When is Wireless going to step up to the plate and unionize? The job is encompassing more than just sales now. We’re expected to greet, process shipments, meet and exceed quotas, and the list keeps getting longer and longer. Nothing is ever good enough for our corporate overlords, and we will continue to have our throats stepped on if we don’t seek representation.
