I know both techs and managers have been getting laid off but where would one say most are occurring? What level? Craft or management ? Here in south Florida , I still have all my managers and all of my crew so it hasn’t hit us ...yet. In fact, we’re actually pretty busy installing ASE.

It's been probably 90% management the last couple of years. A lot of folks on here seem to confuse "management" with only people managers...most all technical staff, project management, etc. are non bargained for, thus management. It's a lot easier for the company to reduce headcount among these ranks.
Many layoffs at GIVE and GET orgs
Mostly managers, level 1 and above. Craft is needed to complete daily tasks. Managers are too chicken to work. Sorry, but thats the way it is.
What is GET ?
What I have seen in the past is usually a lag of a couple of months before the 3rd or above levels leave. Talked to a couple who knew their release date well before they announced their leaving. Work through the coming reorgs and hit the road.
GET org is getting hit repeatedly. Level 1 and 2.
