Randall Stephenson and at&t have no real vision or long term plan nor do they care. This company is all about two things: executive bonuses and shareholder dividends. Period. Never going to happen but I dream of a day where a google or an amazon or an buys At&t. At&t needs to curl up and die already.

All these captains of industry with their vast experience of corporate structure and finance offering their pearls of wisdom on this subject. Who knew such talent exists outside the boardroom.
THEY know what they are doing! Please pray that the DOJ, SEC, and other agencies discover any wrongdoing before that $185B does something terrible to our economy.
