I gotta be honest here, after the merger was approved I expected changes and reorgs at Warner Media. So far nothing even close to the extent that I’ve expected. Have they really decided to leave things the way they are for the time being or is the second half of the year the time when these big reorgs occur?

That is not true. At least in management. It created a horrible environment and made life so miserable they forced people out before any of the surplus happened. Total politics and it was a living cesspool environment.
All the changes happen from the top down. And the smart one's take baby steps so you won't see any huge re-org's quickly. And they won't mess with those who don't get attention at the top.

Will there be leadership changes? Probably. I can't say how soon for TW but eventually they will put phone company people in charge, and then the poor TW folks will get introduced to phone company metrics and all that terrible stuff. It will just take them a while to figure out how to score your day to day activities to see how productive you are and how much they really need or don't need someone.
