This forum is not the place to air out your feelings about your employees nor try to relay cryptic messages. I personally know a manager that comes here and he talks about his employees and complains about them. This is not the place to do that.. Just man up and tell them how you feel

Managers will be surplused and not replaced. The T machine will keep running anyway.
“Just man up and tell them how you feel”...LOL. Typical union battle cry. You do realize that only works unidirectionally right? Union folks can say whatever they want to managers and not really get in any trouble. Doesn’t work at all the other way around. Manager would be disciplined immediately.
OP grow a set and report them to ethics.
tR
Lol, ethics. This company doesn’t give a s—t about ethics.
OP, I hear you. The irrelevant and off topic posts are getting ridiculous on what is supposed to be the "LAYOFF" board. Wish there was some sort of moderation that would delete those. If you want to post your complaints, rumors, and conspiracy theories about T, please start a thread in Reddit, or somewhere it belongs!!
No matter that somewhat relevant, and at times id--tic, thoughts are therein scribbled and posted, it is our sincere belief that to post somewhat relevant, and at times id--tic, thoughts are within our rights to scribble. Hear! Hear!
Just man up and tell HR or the Ethics Hotline the mgrs name. Looks like OP is not practicing what he preaches .
Yes I complain about my immature union workers, but I never use their names. Its bad enough that I have 4 young children at home and then have to babysit grown adults at work. My kids have better behavior and manners than most of my crew.
It's the internet dude. Chill.
Just do what Google employees do, shut down any other view but your own... Great for group think, but bad for freedom.
“ I personally know a manager that comes here and he talks about his employees and complains about them. This is not the place to do that.. Just man up and tell them how you feel”
If you personally know a manager doing this then you’re obligated to report him/her to HR. I mean since you’re talking about manning up ....
