Mostly managers post on this site. Angry managers who couldn’t make the cut. Being fired was obviously deserved since they can’t keep their focus on the one topic this board was created for: layoffs.
AT&T doesn’t need id--ts who can’t focus.
OP is right. There is an open door relationship with leadership and you should discuss your concerns directly with leadership.

But shouldn't a person complain if they've lost their job? I know where you're going so it should be "don't post here unless you've actually lost your job, so complain about anything else to your bartender who's job it is to listen to your complaints"
