You have to constantly say that to yourself that everything will be ok with or without T. Fantastic company to start out but they are moving in a different direction with less people. The workforce has changed where this place isn't a place to retire .. this is a stepping stone to something greater in life . No need to fight these crabs that are in the barrel . Not worth it ;-) Keep your skills updated, smile everyday even if you want to scream, network outside of the company and you will be ok!

I wouldn’t recommend working at AT&T to my worst enemy, although I would recommend it to college kids because they do have a generous tuition reimbursement program.

I don't even recommend college kids start out at att. I tell them to avoid it like the plague.
